KGC is committed to providing high quality and safe products and services to its customers, delivering on time and continuously improving the effectiveness of our quality standards. We accomplish this with our Quality Policy and implement with our Quality Manual. Additionally, the primary objective of our HSE plan is to ensure effective control of health, safety and environmental issues for the duration of any project with the intention of achieving zero incidents, injuries and losses over all associated activities.
In view of the prevailing situation in Iraq, we have been called upon to provide staff accommodation for over 3,000 personnel. In the past seven years, KGC has developed the contacts and now has the experience to source fixed, movable and tent based accommodation that has met and exceeded international standards.
As part of our on-going contracts, we have been required to provide food for over 3,000 staff. This has been achieved by the successful establishment of kitchen and dining facilities The entire operation included facility construction, purchase and installation of equipment and facility operation and maintenance while remaining in accordance with the client’s and ISO/HACCP standards and our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) - FSSC 22000.
KGC has exceeded international standards on Health and Hygiene. We are proud that despite the very testing environment we have had to operate in, we have had zero incidents of any contamination or breach of health and hygiene regulations.
Our Dining facilities are used as a benchmark by our customers for other vendors to meet and it is our aim to continue to improve the quality of service we offer. We have developed and implemented a Food Quality Program in order to ensure adherence to our FSMS.
KGC delivers quality cleaning services performed in a proficient and resourceful way to maximize the satisfaction of our customers.
Our experience providing support services has helped us successfully establish on site laundry operation for over 3,000 workers and ensured uninterrupted mission success. Our laundry facilities are staffed with operators and a maintenance team to ensure seamless production and efficiency. All the equipment purchased are regularly maintained per our maintenance plan and spare parts are kept and replenished as needed.
Our past experience has allowed us to employ doctors, technicians and nurses who manage clinics on site. We have an established ability to provide medicine and vaccinations in austere environments and work closely with customers to ensure their medical standards are met by our clinics and staff.
Over the years, KGC has built a strong team of Administration and IT personnel who are based at customer locations and are trained with up to date software and office administration practices and procedures. Staff are selected based on their professional and language skills and can communicate fluently in English.
