Development
One of Mr. Pillai's ambitions was to buy land, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from beginning to end. He knew developers usually take the greatest risk in the creation or renovation of real estate and thus receive the greatest rewards. His objective was to purchase a tract of land, determine the marketing of the property, develop the building program and design, obtain the necessary public approval and financing, build the structure, lease, manage and ultimately sell.

Currently, KGC is working on a new venture involving a 300 acre development in Kochi.  This development will include the  design of a master planned community with water front apartments, floating villas, luxury villas, shopping malls, IT park, hospital, resort clubhouse with pool, theater, international schools, state of the art waste management systems, central water supply, parks, pedestrian pathways, cycling paths, police, post office and fire services.

Property Management
Along with ownership of real estate both large and small, there is a responsibility for day-to-day property maintenance, preventative maintenance and normal repairs. KGC provides comprehensive services management to the two Hospitality properties it owns in India, as well as the other types of commercial and residential properties it owns. We have recently started providing our services to the real estate industry.
