KGC performs under several USG contracts as a subcontractor to the Prime Contractor in Kuwait and Iraq providing subcontract workers (SCW's) including transportation and life support in accordance with SAND Book requirement, FAR 52.22-50 (TIPS regulations) and the Client's requirements. We accomplish this with our extensive recruitment and hiring process. KGC's database is constantly updated enabling us to provide manpower ranging from the common laborer to staff on military installations in war zones.  Our experience in providing direct labor services in the Middle East and Gulf region has helped KGC shape the performance plan utilized for the performance of contracts while selecting, processing, testing, training and deploying staff for a new contract.

With services needed in remote locations, life support services become vital to ensure the safety, security, health and morale of all our deployed staff. We provide life support services which include but are not limited to accommodation, DFAC (dining facilities), MWR, IT, transportation, laundry and medical services. These services can be provided and scaled, added and subtracted from the equation to suit any client's need on any size project.

Our specialization is providing both foreign nationals and local workers at all skill levels. We have subcontracted workers deployed in three different countries in the Middle East (Iraq, Kuwait and India). The following are examples of the types of subcontract workers we have provided:

KGC is utilizing over 30 years experience in the deployment and operations involved in manpower and life support in both improved and un-improved conditions and in varied and diverse environments. KGC professionally handles all aspects required for a smooth and seamless operation of the General Contractor's needs. Previous LOGCAP III & IV experience has also provided the opportunity for us to experience and execute successful rapid deployment and rapid expansion of the General Contractor's needs. KGC's experience providing labor services and all that it encompasses in a diverse manner helps us react to changing conditions and has provided us with the experience and capability to perform with confidence attained solely through years of providing such services. KGC realizes that providing these services involves much more than simply providing SCW's for various positions and requirements. From compiling and retaining a skilled labor pool, to providing the logistics and specific equipment required for our workers to correct documentation, quality control ,security and health and safety we cover all areas.
