LOGISTICS

KGC understands that logistics is the management of the flow of goods, information and other resources in a repair cycle between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of customers. KGC has a system to monitor the integration of information, transportation, inventory, warehousing, material handling and packaging and security.

The main functions of our logistic team include inventory management, purchasing, transportation, warehousing, consultation and the organizing and planning of these activities. Our logisticians combine a professional knowledge of each of these functions to coordinate resources in our organization.

KGC services two fundamental clients:

Clients that have a steady flow of material through a network of transport links and storage nodes

Clients that have need for coordination of a sequence of resources to carry out a specific project

For almost ten years, KGC has been focused on both the internal (inbound logistics), and external (outbound logistics) covering the flow and storage of materials from point of origin to point of consumption. We have shipped everything from large construction equipment, hazardous material, heavy construction equipment hauling, construction materials, less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping, full truckloads and refrigerated truck loads for our Middle East, Asia & Africa (MEAA) operations.

With KGC's wide-ranging past performance and resources across many industries and countries, we have the ability to tailor a solution to your requirement. We use an established system and process that has the ability to handle growth which generates solutions that serve the most fast paced, dynamic and specific markets. It does not matter what logistics challenge you have for us we have your efficient and cost effective solution.

We are currently doing research and our logistics team is targeting clients looking for a Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) provider. 4PL was first defined by Andersen Consulting (Now Accenture) as an integrator that assembles the resources, capabilities and technology of its own organization and other organizations to design, build and run comprehensive supply chain solutions. This is in contrast to a Third Party Logistics (3PL) service provider who targets a function.

KGC is primed to use its experience to become a competitor in the MEAA market, capitalizing on its knowledge of the entire process. KGC aspires for its name to be synonymous with "one who manages the logistics other 3PLs, truckers, forwarders, custom house agents and others, essentially taking responsibility of a complete process for their customer." We strive to add value to all of our clients by combining our expertise along with the right process, tools, personal attention and cost effective solution so that we build long lasting relationships built on solid foundations.
