Kanoos Residency was inaugurated on November 18, 2007, by the Hon. Agriculture Minister, Mr. Mullakkara Ratnakaran. Mr. Pillai had a vision to establish a chain of successful hospitality ventures in South India. The delivery of Kanoos Residency is the first step towards the realization of this dream.
